James Gibb teams raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support
James Gibb teams don’t normally need a reason to raise money to help deserving charities, but during September they had one of the best reasons of all, to pull together raising money for one of the worthiest causes, MacMillan Cancer Support.
Hosting their own MacMillan Cancer Support Coffee Mornings was the challenge. From cake baking and competitions, to coffee roasting and cake delivery services, the teams in Glasgow and Edinburgh pulled out all the stops, with alll funds raised going to support the Charity.
Together the teams smashed their targets, raising a total of £1340. Every single penny raised at the Coffee Mornings will go to help Macmillan Cancer Support do whatever it takes to help people living with cancer.
James Gibb is a true people organisation and as such we have a continuing commitment to developing our corporate social responsibility, to have a positive impact on society.
Our teams have once again demonstrated their commitment to this task.
