Customer information update from David Reid, Chief Executive
I hope that the start of 2024 has been a positive for you all.
Following our acquisition of Speirs Gumley in June 2023, we are currently working through a programme of change relating to our structure, systems, processes and procedures to significantly improve the service we provide to you, our customers.
I am writing to advise our customers of ongoing changes regarding our newsletter and how we will communicate key issues and information to you in the future.
One initial change is how we will better communicate with you on important matters relating to your property and development.
Newsletter
In addition to receiving updates by newsletter twice per year, most likely during the months of May and November, we will be updating you with information as and when necessary, throughout the year.
James Gibb+ customer portal
Our online customer portal continues to provide regular updates via blog pages and delivers transparent invoice information and much more. You can access the customer portal by entering your Account Number and James Gibb+ password, both of which are available at the top section of your invoice and on any correspondence items you receive from us. Please sign up to James Gibb+ customer portal to receive regular information updates.
If you cannot access the internet, all information is available in hard copy format, on request.
Management information by email
When you confirm to us that we can communicate with you via email, you will receive important management information releases containing current and relevant information on property management and factoring news and many other pertinent topics.
Help and information
For help and information, you can of course contact our teams, or view our Homeowner FAQs at our website.
Over the next few months, I will provide you with regular updates relating to the changes we are working on, along with any relevant industry, estate, development and block updates.
